  • USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight to 2-day delivery)

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is transferred to USPS, Burnt Cedar Silver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.


Shipping Address

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


International Shipping
